Direct answer

Current secondary references describe a Second Mysterium Incantation as one consumable requirement for applying Mysterium II to eligible gear.

For spells, the recorded upgrade flow also requires completion of that spell's own enemy-hexing objective before the upgrade is applied at the Mysteria Forge.

Evidence boundary: Only the item's upgrade role is approved. Exact costs, acquisition routes, drop rates, spawn logic and farming efficiency are not verified and are intentionally omitted.

Where the incantation fits

  1. Complete the eligible item's own Mysterium II objective.
  2. Have a Second Mysterium Incantation available as the recorded consumable requirement.
  3. Apply the upgrade through the Mysteria Forge after the requirement is met.

Why this is not a farming guide

The approved source set does not contain a first-party acquisition table. It therefore cannot support a guaranteed enemy drop, a fixed Gold or Gnosis cost, or a claim about the fastest route.

Do not treat omitted acquisition details as zero or unavailable in the game; they are simply not verified by this page's approved evidence.
